CHR is partnered with a solid dose pharmaceutical company who are looking for a temporary Quality Assurance Officer.

As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the established Quality team by promoting root cause analysis and using appropriate risk management tools, ensuring that all processes and working practices are constantly reviewed and compliant as agreed within departmental priorities.
  • Ensure each procedure and process you are involved in are kept up-to-date and reflect both internal and external best practices.
  • Supporting the wider Quality function by adhering to Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and other legal obligations
  • Timely delivery of tasks within your area of responsibility to ensure customer and business targets are met.
  • Act as a peer reviewer to check and approve work generated within your own and the wider quality team
  • Ensure any corrections are fed back to the author in a constructive manner
  • Act as a functional trainer within the wider team

A successful QA Officer will have:

  • A degree in a science-related subject
  • Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance environment
  • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good numerical skills and the ability to handle and analyse data
  • An ability to vary communication styles to suit the audience
