We have an amazing RMN Charge Nurse role based in Harrow, London.

The Service is a 26- bed inpatient service for males of working age with severe and enduring mental health illness, co-morbid physical health problems and complex needs.

Salary up to £48,000

RMN Charge Nurse Role:
* The Charge Nurse is a key member of the multidisciplinary care team and will have continuing responsibility to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, communicate findings, influence change, and promote both mental and physical health and wellbeing, best practice, service user safety and experience.
* Carry out comprehensive, systematic nursing assessments which take account of relevant mental, physical, social, cultural, psychological, spiritual, and environmental factors, in partnership with the service user and others through engagement, interaction, observation and measurement.
* Responsible for completion of clinical audits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Work collaboratively with other disciplines, service users and their carers to agree a holistic, recovery focused person-centred care and risk management plan that addresses the needs and risks identified through assessment.
