Work as Deputy Nurse Manager for a large, private healthcare group with a passion for excellence. We are looking to recruit a Deputy Home Manager, to work within a nursing, dementia and residential home in Stoke-on-Trent. The Home is rated as Good in all areas with the CQC.
We are looking for an experienced RGN, RNLD or RMN Registered Nurse, to work as Deputy Home Manager, and the role will include 2 x 12 hour shifts leading on the floor (22 hours), and the rest of the week will be supernumerary hours.

- This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week on day shifts.
- The salary as Deputy is negotiable on experience, £21-£22+ph
- The annual salary is circa £44,000
- We are looking for an experienced Nurse, with elderly care and supervisory experience and excellent clinical skills
- You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, and leading by example, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
