Job Title: QA Officer - Supply Chain

Salary: £35k - £40k + bonuses

Location: Maidenhead

SRG is working with a leading global pharmaceutical company who require a QA officer to join their supply chain quality team.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supply Chain QA officer with a background in pharmaceuticals and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, optimise supply chain processes, and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits of suppliers and distribution to ensure compliance with GDP and company standards.
• Completion of pre-release checks in support of batch release for further distribution including review of temperature data and transportation documentation and serialisation checks following confirmation of technical release by batch release teams.

• Review and approve documentation related to product distribution, transportation, and storage.
• Liaise with the Supplier Management function to complete initial and ongoing qualification activities for in-country distribution providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally supply chain quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
