On behalf of a fantastic care provider I am looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at one of their Residential Homes in the Bromley area.

Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Care Home Deputy manager to join a privately owned care group in the Bromley area!

My client is a well-established privately run group of Residential and Nursing homes throughout the North.

An experienced and motivated individual is required to manage a Residential Home within the Bromley area. The home is a purpose built facility which caters for elderly clients and is registered for Dementia,Drug Misuse, Younger adults, Mental Health conditions and Physical disability.

My client is seeking a strong, experienced individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The ideal candidate will have extensive managerial experience and good leadership skills. You will be dynamic, sharp and hungry for a challenge with a strong personality. This post really requires an individual who is focused and has the want to succeed.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Skills/ Experience:
• NVQ Level 5 minimum
• RMA is Desirable
• Experience of working within an Drug Misuse Care environment
• Proven track record of successful home management.
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
• Registered with CQC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic

Duties will include:
• Overall responsibility of the home
• Staff management/appraisals/Training
• Care plans/reviews/meetings
