This is a new position within the UK & Ireland business unit of a global Pharma company, focusing on the development and leadership of Market Access strategy and HTA submissions for the company’s strong Oncology portfolio and pipeline.

As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and implementing national Pricing / Market Access strategy (including undertaking analysis and monitoring of current / future PMA opportunities and challenges)
• Adapting global value stories and value messages for the UK & Ireland markets
• Building and maintaining relationships with payers and policy makers as well as engaging with HTA bodies.
• Leading the development of successful HTA submissions and supporting the development/adaptation of cost-effectiveness / budget impact models (Including management of vendors and external consultants)
• Providing guidance about RWE / health economic data required for pipeline products

This is an excellent development opportunity for an existing pharma Health Economist / Market Access Manager or a Consultant with UK HTA experience and previous Oncology product experience who would like to transition to an industry role. An MSc / PhD within Health economics, health policy or similar is essential as is experience of supporting at least one UK HTA submission (ideally within Oncology).

Applicants must be able to work within the UK without Visa sponsorship and be able to spend at least 1 day per week in the company’s London HQ.
