CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Partner to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on a contract basis for 6 months.

 

Salary: 

Daily £300 - £375 PAYE or £397.91 - £497.38 Umbrella 


Procurement Partner Role: 

• Propose and develop procurement strategies that will help achieve the company objectives. 
• Guiding the business as a Procurement Partner by leveraging market knowledge, subject matter expertise and business insights.
• You will be required to develop and implement local supplier relationship management strategies in order to continuously improve the local key suppliers’ performance in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.
• You will lead sourcing projects through sourcing methodologies in order to continuously improve total cost, service and quality for indirect materials.
• You will be required to ensure the adherence to the global and local procurement practices.

Your Background: 

• 3 plus years of experience in similar roles in procurement. CIPs qualified preferred.
• Experience in Marketing and Medical procurement would be advantageous.
• You appreciate working in a performance-oriented environment that is based on mutual respect, discussion and cooperation.
• You enjoy taking initiatives and you go beyond what is expected.
• You have commercial negotiation skills with experience in contract negotiation.
