We are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager for a permanent, full time role in a high quality, modern Residential Care Home in the Stockport area with an excellent reputation. We would like to hear from positive, bright and optimistic people that can lead by example. You should be organised, efficient and driven by quality.

You'll be experienced and possess at least a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and ideally in a Deputy Home Manager position currently, however, we are looking to speak to other individuals who are Senior Carers or Team Leaders and feel they are ready to take this step up also.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure residents receive a service appropriate to their needs irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability
• To ensure that medication is managed within the home in line with company processes and procedures
• To be the responsible person for the management of training of all care home staff
• To ensure full compliance in all mandatory fields
• To be responsible for the dietary requirements of residents and the management of satellite kitchens within the home
• Must have good understanding of CQC standards and KLOE’s
• Take responsibility for complying with Statutory and legal requirements
• You must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship - sponsorship is NOT available
