Registered Night Nurse – Part time - £19.72 p/h – Dungannon
A privately owned Nursing Home in the outskirts of Dungannon is seeking a Registered Nurse to strengthen their team. In this vital role, you'll work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to residents.
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate resident records and provide support to care staff
- Developing tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Administering medication and ensuring the health and well-being of residents through personalised care plans
Qualifications:
- RGN/RMN Qualification with NMC Registration
Skills Required:
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
- Team player who can work cooperatively under pressure and independently
