Hours: 9am - 5pm (Flexible hours), onsite

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar creative leadership role.
- An individual who has a track record of getting the best out others and can coach & develop their teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
