A nursing home in the Arbroath area has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team.

As Deputy Manager your duties and responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, supporting with clinical audits, managing and monitoring the delivery of clinical and personal care.

Applicants for this Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria:

• Have completed a recognised care management qualification such as NVQ/SVQ Level 4 or above or nurse qualified
• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs
