Our client, a leading medical organisation, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their patient administration processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the administrative needs of healthcare professionals, such as preparing documents and organising meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
