Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader
Our leading client is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader to join their friendly and supportive team.
The role is 5 days per week, permanent and has a mix of home and site working.
Role:
- 2-3 days per week on site with the remaining working remotely
- Supporting, advising, monitoring and assessing the clinical practice of the OH team
- Providing Occupational Health employees with appropriate regular appraisals
- Travel to Devon, Somerset, Kent and Suffolk throughout the year for audits, appraisals and team events, this will equate to approximately 4 weeks of the year.
Essential:
- Registered Nurse
- Experience in Occupational Health
- Previous experience in a Senior / Team Leader or Management position
The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional OH service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
