A successful Medical Billing company are currently seeking 2 Billing Officers to join the team. These are initially temporary roles with the possibility of going permanent. This would be a great opportunity if you are looking to gain some further experience in the sector of medical billing/healthcare finance.

Role Overview

• Full time (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5).
• Hybrid Working Model – working from Office (London- SE1) and home , dependent on business needs.
• Submitting Invoices via online portal, tracking and following up on any overdue payments.
• Interacting with customers via phone and email to provide answers and direct them to the appropriate service.

Requirements

• Some experience or skills gained in a similar environment (billing , invoicing, customer service) is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of the medical or healthcare sector would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and an excellent attention to detail are essential.  
• Must be immediately available and based a commutable distance from the office in London (SE1)
