This role is all about providing specialist nursing support, taking the reins in the Home Manager's absence, and coaching colleagues to deliver unparalleled empathetic care.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing specialist nursing support and advice
• Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager’s absence
• Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care
• Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and taking appropriate action
• Keeping meaningful records and managing time effectively
