Registered Manager - Residential Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Care, behavioural support/PBS . Stockton-on-Tees
A new opportunity has arisen with a reputable national care provider, to join as Registered Manager oversee a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
This home requires a level of support to improve standards and increase occupancy levels. You must have excellent knowledge of CQC guidelines.
The home is an attractive property and has excellent facilities, with nice outdoor areas, and everything is done with an emphasis on providing person-centred care and the ultimate aim of empowering all the residents to live as independently as possible. There are excellent levels of investment from the organisation, and you will we well supported by a regional team as well as having good levels of staffing. They also have a firm belief in positive behaviour support with a company wide strategy to ensure this is in place across their homes.
Applications are welcomed from experienced registered managers looking for a new challenge, you need to be an experienced care manager preferably with good links and connections to the local authority.
