As a Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• The overall day-to-day running of the care home.
• Ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
• Conducting staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinary procedures.
• Understanding and working with budgets and KPIs.

The ideal Home Manager candidate should have:

• Home Manager experience within an elderly care setting
• A at least of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management
• NMC Pin is essential
