Days & Nights Care Assistant 

My client in Horsham is looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join its 41 bedded care home which specialises in Elderly/dementia/Physically Disabled & Younger Adults . The home CQC is rated good overall. Care Assistants in this role will be working with Single en-suites , communal living areas including an activity Lounge and a relax room. Provided with large or separate and quiete dining rooms

Details for the Care Assistant Role

• Full time hours 36 – 48 per week
• Shift Patterns 7am-7pm /8am-8pm
• Day and Night Shifts Available
• Overtime Available Purely for Care Assistants
• Progression for Care Assistants
• Care Assistants will be helping the residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Care Assistants will be Supporting residents with personal care and meal times
• Competitive Salary of up to £11.50

About You as a Care Assistant;

• You will need excellent Communication Skills,
• Imperative that our Care Assistants are Kind and has passionate enthusiasm Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant
• Care Certificate
• Medicine Administrated
• Minumum Qualifcation of NVQ2
