Sister/Charge Nurse – Full time - £22.95 p/h – Belfast
A purpose-built care home in West Belfast is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sister/Charge Nurses to join their award winning team.
You will be committed to providing the highest standards of patient care within your unit, assisting in daily home operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing staff and uphold resident care standards
- Conducting assessments and admissions
- Implementing Health and Safety procedures
- Assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in managing all aspects in the daily running of the home
Requirements:
- Nursing 1st Level Qualification
- Leadership experience in a care setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
