We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join his friendly and established team of 3 Vets, 5 Nurses and 3 Client Care Advisors.
About us
Derby is just 30 minutes from the beautiful Peak District National Park and only approximately 2 hours to London by train, so is an excellent location for anyone that enjoys both walks in the countryside and the vibrancy of the city, with excellent access to M1 and M6. We have an established client base and a fantastic reputation locally, with 5-star reviews on Vet Help Direct. The practice is purpose built with state of the art, modern equipment and offers a generous CPD budget. The daily caseload is sufficient for further specialisation case studies if that is of interest and will be well supported.
What we can offer
- Salary from £40,000 per annum (DOE, FTE)
- Visa and Sponsorship support if required
- Payment of RCVS, BVA and VDS fees

- No OOHs
- Weekends working Saturday & Sunday on a 1 in 4 basis with time off in lieu.
- Working hours until 7pm every night and 1 day off in the week
- Rolling rota for surgery days and consulting days
