Registered Staff Nurse RGN/RMN – Full time - £22 p/h + Welcome Bonus – Belfast
A compassionate Registered Staff Nurse is required to work in friendly care home in the west Belfast area. In this vital role, you'll work collaboratively to provide exceptional care to residents.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent care in compliance with Company, NMC, RQIA, and HSCT standards.
- Develop tailored care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate resident records.
Essential Criteria:
- RGN/RMN Qualification with NMC Registration.
- Experience in elderly care.
- Flexible availability and good general health.
- Proficient in English with a valid work permit.
Desirable Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of similar nursing experience.
- Experience in elderly care within a nursing home setting.
- Management skills for leading a care team.
Skills Required:
- Commitment to the established Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Ability to deliver high standards of patient care.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
