  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Rate of Pay: £25 per hour

A Day in the Life: As an RMN specializing in community care, you'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate support to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are addressed.
  • Administering medication as prescribed to manage patients' health effectively.
  • Engaging with patients to comprehend their conditions and tailor support accordingly, while monitoring progress.
  • Conducting risk assessments to maintain patient safety and well-being throughout their treatment.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Active registration with the NMC as a mental health nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience in community care, preferably with a focus on dementia.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality care and support to patients.
