Nursing Home Manager - £55,000 - £60,000 – Bradford       
 
Meridian Business Support are working with an established private client in the Bradford area who are looking to recruit a Home Manager to lead medium sized nursing home.
 
They provide around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs. It’s a medium sized home looking for an experience Home Manager with a proven track record working at a Home Manager or Regional Manager level for at least 2 years.

As Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical, operational and financial performance of the home, ensuring a high-quality and cost-effective service which meets the needs of residents and exceeds regulatory requirements.
 
Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:
 

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse (RGN/RMN) and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award
• 2 years experience as a Home Manager or Regional Manager
• Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care
