You will be joining a high performing training Practice that has staff wellbeing at the core of its ethos. With superb patient feedback, rated CQC good and high QOF achievers this partnership opens the door for a Practice Nurse to become an integral member of the team.

The practice is now looking to recruit a nurse with a specialist focus in long-term conditions offering a very reasonable and sustainable workload, with a brilliant induction plan, mentorship and scope for the development of specialist interests.

The role is looking for a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience. You will have the chance to primarily focus on long-term conditions including diabetes, COPD and asthma.

Salary - £39,000 - £48,750 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Location - Gayton Le Marsh - Lincolnshire

• Part-time Practice Nurse
• Two days a week
• 30 appointments
• Traditional Practice Nurse skills focussing on long term conditions
