What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of field service engineers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and manage comprehensive field operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the main liaison with customers, resolving service issues and fostering long-term trust.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards in all service activities.
- Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and support your team's career development.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational success. Lead initiatives for process improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven leadership in service management, ideally within relevant industrial machinery or engineering industries.
- Exceptional team leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating a cross functional engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Software).
- Resilience in high-pressure environments and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous personal and team improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility for travel as needed.
