What You'll Do:

• Manage and mentor a team of field service engineers to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and manage comprehensive field operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the main liaison with customers, resolving service issues and fostering long-term trust.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards in all service activities.
• Conduct performance evaluations, facilitate training, and support your team's career development.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational success. Lead initiatives for process improvement, revenue growth, and cost reduction.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven leadership in service management, ideally within relevant industrial machinery or engineering industries.
• Exceptional team leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating a cross functional engineering team (Mechanical, Electrical, Software).
• Resilience in high-pressure environments and adeptness at managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous personal and team improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility for travel as needed.

• A basic salary between £60,000 - £70,000 pa (dependent on experience).
