Key Responsibilities:

As the manager, you will be expected to do the following:

• Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS services and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standard.
• Play an active role in the charity organisations they partner with, giving advice to the local community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• Lead, train, support and develop colleagues.
• Be able to use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, to meet the customers' needs.
• Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, GP's, and other health professionals.

Profile

What you'll need?

You will need:

• MPharm degree.
• Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Passionate about leadership and empowering a team.
• Valid DBS.
