Are you an experienced Complex Care Manager looking for a new opportunity in the Birmingham area?
We are looking to recruit a Complex Team Manager to support in managing a complex supported living service in Birmingham.
Job Title: Complex Care Team Manager (Must be a driver).
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Reporting to: Area Registered Manager
Location: Birmingham
Snapshot of the role:
The post is for a Complex team manager on a salary of £35-37k, ideally a driver due to the nature of the role and occasional visits to the registered location in Birmingham.
The role will be to support our people we support to live in the community across a cluster of single occupancy supported living services in Birmingham. The people we support in the majority have a diagnosis of a Learning Disability and have complex health needs and behaviours that challenge.
