The Network Security Team provides on-site support 7am-7pm weekdays, with a rota.

The Opportunity: Networks Security Specialist

You’ll be in a team in operational and project capacities. This client’s European network & IT are constantly evolving to keep pace with both technology and threat. New solutions and improvements must keep in step.

As a Network Security Specialist you’ll be given support to remain current on new network platforms as they’re introduced. Training on new platforms is provided as will be support for your current certifications.

What they need?

• Vendor certification on Firewall, Proxy, DNS configuration and management essential.
• Experience of Bluecoat, F5, Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Infoblox
• Cryptography (commercial and high grade) desirable
• Team player, helping and supporting the wider Information Management team.

The Role

• Team member responsible for the management of Security Appliances and configuration.
• Assist in the management and coordination of High-Grade Cryptographic devices.
• Guidance to 3rd party suppliers and delivery of solutions and services.
• Support project management colleagues providing specialist technical support and consultancy.

You’ll need to be a British citizen. Our client will need to obtain BPSS clearance for you. But this can be acquired in 1-2 weeks.
