Our client is a leading Eyecare provider based on high streets across the globe. This is an established team working on a busy high street in Evesham. They prioritise patient care and development for their staff to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible. 

Position: Optical Assistant
Location: Evesham
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience 
Hours: Full time, 37.5 to include weekend days 

Responsibilities 

• Creating memorable customer journeys by bringing your passion for patients. 
• Setting high standards to ensure everything runs professionally, upholding the highest standard of clinical care, selecting the best products for each customer. 
• Build trusted, longstanding relationships with customers, colleagues and healthcare professionals. 
• Listening to customers providing the right, up to date information. 
• Where needed, provide support to other areas on the business. 

Ideal Candidate

• You will be able to confidently pre-screen patients, dispense to all levels and contact lens teach. 
• You will be bright and bubbly - always willing to help out. 
• You will have exceptional customer service skills.
