They are now looking to recruit a part-time Customer Service Executive to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include working closely with customers to ensure all of their requirements are met, this will consist of speaking over the phone and via e-mail, ensuring payments are made correctly, ensuring all administration is up to date and being responsible for any post-sales follow up. You will look to troubleshoot errors and correct them in a timely fashion as well as preparation and quality checking payment information and invoices.   

To be considered for the role you will have experience of working within a customer services environment ideally within some form of scientific sales but this is not mandatory. You should have a professional and effective telephone manner, be highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you should be able to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously and have the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. You should be driven and ambitious with a keen passion for working with others.
