My client owns a range of Pharmacies across the country and is looking for someone to manage their Pharmacy based in Mansfield. This is a busy Pharmacy where you'll have the opportunity to learn and grown your career.

This pharmacy is currently dispensing around 21,000 items. You will have a great team around you supporting you in the day to day running of the pharmacy. As a company, they like to allow managers the space to make choices they believe are right for the Pharmacy and team. Because of this, there is a certain amount of autonomy allowed in the role. 

They're looking for someone who is qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 2 in dispensary and has at least two years experience of working in Pharmacy. You must have passion for the industry and want to focus on customer care and satisfaction. 
You will need to have previous experience in working in a supervisor level role in a Pharmacy. 

Your role will include: 

• Driving the business and all services forward
• Maintaining links with local GPs 
• Identify and act upon opportunities for new business and services 
• Provide an environment that delivers a first class customer experience. 
• Ensure all aspects of policy and legislation are fulfilled. 

You will need to be able to: 

• Engage with a team effectively 
• Make decisions affecting location on a day to day basis 
• Have an excellent understanding of providing an enhanced customer experience 
• Understand the importance of customer confidentiality 
• Be organised, manage time and work to strict deadlines. 
• Build relationships with key partners. 

For this, a salary of £29,000 is available.
