Salary: £55,000 - £67,000 (dependent on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for:

• Effectively and safely managing projects using company ISO9001 processes monitoring progress against plans to deliver on time and within budget
• Creating and managing project design and building a team
• Developing a close working relationship with the commercial team as the single point of contact for projects and enquiries, additionally engaging with clients as part of the company’s commercial strategies.
• Managing the CDM process for build including contractor management
• Longer-term business planning as part of a multi-functional team, responsible for large project input including capex planning for delivering business goals

Role Requirements:

The successful Head of Projects will have:

• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Experience in implementing large, complex projects in brownfield sites.
• Good all-round appreciation of the various engineering disciplines, Process, mechanical, E&I and electrical
• The ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong people managing skills.
