My client in Oxford,, is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join its 75 bedded care home which specialises in Elderly/Dementia/Physical Disability clients. The home CQC is rated Outstanding overall. Care Assistants in this role will be working with Single or couple en-suites, communal living areas including an activity Lounge and a relax room. Provided with large or separate and quiet dining rooms

Details for the Senior Care Assistant Role

• Full time hours  42 - per week
• 2 week rolling rota 
• Senior Care Assistants will be helping the residents remain as active and independent as possible
• Senior Care Assistants will be Supporting residents with personal care and meal times
• Senior Care Assistants will be adminstering Medicine to the residents

About You as a Senior Care Assistant;

• You will need excellent Communication Skills,
• Minimum requirement of an NVQ3 in health and social care.
• Imperative that our Care Assistants are Kind and has passionate enthusiasm Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant
• Care Certificate
• Medicine Administrated
