As the Home Manager, your duties will include:
- Overseeing a residential home
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations
- Creating personalised care plans and meal plans
- Working with respite beds, adding a dynamic and business aspect to the role
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with:
- An attractive annual salary of up to £60,000, rising to £65,000 for the right candidate
- 38 days of annual leave including bank holidays
