Occupational Health Advisor
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Royston with requirement to travel
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- The delivery of the Occupational Health Service to Medigold clients and to ensure that the provision of the occupational health advice is at all times of the highest standard.
- To act as an ambassador and promote the Occupational Health services available.
- To ensure standards of best practice and standardisation of systems.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
Skills
- OH Degree/registered RGN
- Organisational skills
- Exemplary communication skills
- Confident presentation skills
- Trained to undertake vaccination and phlebotomy
- Good telephone manner
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Time planning and priority setting
- Influencing skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Flexible in approach
