• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effectiveness, prioritizing patients' safety and well-being.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and unwavering support to patients and their families, fostering a nurturing and healing environment.
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Proven experience in managing Acute Mental Health conditions, Eating Disorders, and CAMHS, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
• Ability to excel in an agency capacity, adapting quickly to diverse care environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, colleagues, and families.
