Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

They are currently on the hunt for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The role reports to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, and your mission will be to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with a range of departments to ensure that daily goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience listed below:
- Supervising the mechanical maintenance team involving preventative and reactive maintenance work.
- Have Experience dealing with various types of mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.
- Have previously used Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and other standard computer software.
- Experienced in mentoring and training staff.
- The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
- As a minimum to be educated to RQF level 3 (e.g. City & Guilds level 3) in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline.
- You should have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an industrial mechanical maintenance environment.
Salary and Benefits/Additional Info
- Salary is dependent on experience but is competitive
- 25 days paid holiday (and all UK Bank Holidays),
- 40-hour working week
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
