Job Title: Medical Technician

Location: Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Warwickshire Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus £5000 CA + OTE bonus scheme

Join our client's  team specializing in innovative medical devices. We're seeking a Medical Technician to ensure our medical equipment remains at peak performance.

Job Description: In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and repairing our medical equipment. Your work will be a blend of field-based and office-based tasks, offering a diverse and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform meticulous repair and maintenance on our medical equipment.
• Develop a deep technical understanding to troubleshoot effectively and provide excellent customer support.
• Undergo manufacturer training to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Deliver training, installations, and pick-up services during product trials.
• Manage spare parts inventory and provide feedback for product improvement.
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• Background in electronic/mechanical technical/engineering or calibration.
• Strong team and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Word, Excel, and internal systems.
  
  

Desirable:

• HND/HNC qualification in mechanical or electronics disciplines.
• Experience in healthcare environments or healthcare engineering.
  
  

Note: Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.
