Position: Nursing Home Manager
Salary: £60k per annum
Hours: Full time - Day Shifts

Requirements: Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead

We have recently been tasked with helping a country wide sized organisation find a new Home Manager for their 62 bedded service with a GOOD CQC. As Care Home Manager, you will draw upon your leadership skills and extensive knowledge as you will be responsible for the running of all aspects of the home. You will ensure it maintains the highest standards of care whilst running it as efficiently as possible. Also managing the commercial success of the home.
There will be support from the Directors and Regional Managers with a well-staffed team in place ready to be led!

With an excellent reputation for the high standard of care, the long-serving team at this care home are passionate about enriching the lives of their residents. Providing residential, dementia, nursing and palliative care, they also offer respite care breaks.
There are so many activities to enjoy, from baking, yoga, animal therapy and music sessions, to gardening, indoor bowls, church services, games, a book club and crafts.
The community is embraced into life in the home, with regular volunteers enjoying activities too, as well as local school children and college students. The home also has a piano for music sessions.
