This advert is on behalf of SENDhelp, an organisation dedicated to supporting the local authority, schools, and colleges within Luton to ensure that pupils and learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the resources and assistance they require.

SENDhelp is presently collaborating with numerous schools and colleges in the Luton area and is seeking new staff to join its team who are BSL Communicator's qualified in BSL Level 3 or above. BSL Communicator's with firsthand experience in living with or supporting those with hearing impairment are particularly encouraged to apply.

Several children and young people within SENDhelp's network would greatly benefit from this BSL Communicator's support so we are looking for BSL Communicator's who can join our team as soon as possible, although we are also open to those who may have a delay to their availability/start date.

For those who may not be interested personally but know someone who might be a suitable BSL Communicator, a referral incentive of £250 per recommended candidate is available, in line with the terms on the organisation's website at (url removed).
