This is an incredible opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join a friendly and hugely supportive GP practice in the Farnborough area. This practice has a tremendous, close-knit and dedicated team of GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists, Paramedics and more!

Whilst this surgery is in need of a Practice Nurse who can perform traditional Practice Nurse duties, they would be very interested in a nurse with strong experience managing Chronic Diseases. Respiratory experience would also be advantageous.

Seeking anywhere from 30 hours per week up to full time, with some flexibility either way, this practice can offer a tremendous amount of support to anyone who is looking to develop within their career. This is a varied role that will include various areas of practice.

Salary - £35,000 - £49,000 per annum + NHS pension + 6 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role -

• Practice Nurse - Part-time or Full-time (minimum 30 hours)
• Very manageable workload with streamlined admin
• Mostly face-to-face appointments
• Chronic Disease specialist - Respiratory experience and Spirometry trained would be ideal
• No expectation for home-visits as Paramedics do this
• Deliver exceptional and continuous care to patients
