Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Pre Assessment team, ensuring the provision of comprehensive and efficient services.
- Coordinate patient assessments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of medical history and relevant information.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Provide support and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in Pre Assessment or a similar clinical setting.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding of pre-operative assessment processes.
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
