Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated manager to join our team and play a key role in our mission to provide outstanding care.

As the Registered Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our domiciliary careservices, compliance with regulations, and the highest level of care delivery as well as be involved in innovative caresolutions. This is hybrid role, with some field and office based duties as well as remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible in the day-to-day management of the care service.
  • Hold CQC Registered Manager status for London.
  • Help build a team of care staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC standards.
  • Conduct site visits.
  • Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they meet the changing needs of the people we support.
  • Assist in recruitment and training of staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to provide the best possible care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centered care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in community care desirable.
  • Experience within adult and children’s services.
  • Understanding of mental health, trauma and social needs.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
  • A valid UK driving license is desirable.
