£60-£70K per annum (Negotiable DOE)

Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an established care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides nursing and dementia care to elderly residents. As the Home Manager for the service, responsible for maintaining high levels of care for the residents and creating an outstanding environment. As the Home Manager for the service, you will be supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager along with a strong clinical team within the home.

Salary

£60k to £70k per annum depending on experience – plus bonus and benefits.

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
• Be able the market the home to the local community to help improve occupancy levels.
• You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
• Open to NON nurse applications

Location

This role is based in Devon and commutable from Okehampton, South Malton, Minehead and Tiverton
