Microbiology laboratory technician
I am currently recruiting for a lab technician for food company based in Cambridgeshire
This is a permanent position
Key responsibilities:
Analysing food samples using microbiology techniques
Responsible preparing food samples, occasional routine maintenance of company equipment and ensuring the laboratory is clean and tidy at all times.
Prepare reagents and solutions
Ensure all data entry is to a high standard and correct samples are purchased.
Complete training when required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in working within fast environments such as restaurant work, warehouse operative or production operative work would be highly desired but full training will be provided
Exemplary IT and communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent attention to detail.
Please note that these roles are full time and include weekend work.
Candidates must have full eligibility to work in UK without restrictions.
