Rates: £40-£63 (Can start on a higher rate dependant on qualifications)

Job Description:

- Conduct telephone triage assessments for patients, assessing their symptoms and providing appropriate advice and guidance

- Utilize your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to make informed decisions regarding patient care

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and timely patient management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions

- Adhere to professional standards and guidelines for telephone triage

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or other Health professional bodies

- Relevant experience in telephone triage or a similar role

-Minor Illness and Injury qualification

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Ability to make accurate and timely clinical decisions

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
