A leading luxury care home is now looking for a Care Assistant to join the team just outside of York.

This “Good”-rated home is set within a beautiful Georgian manor house, which has been carefully adapted with its residents in mind: combining specialist home design techniques with premium furnishings to help independently navigate around, preserve life skills, and fully relax in calm and comfort.

As a Care Assistant, your role will be varied and engaging. From assisting with daily living, to spending some quality one-to-one time, to helping with some planned activities, you’ll help each resident to live well and stay active in a comfortable and caring place.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) Care Assistant role, with day shift and night shift patterns available.

Person specification:

• (Essential) Some previous experience caring for older people
• (Desirable) Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
