Manpower has a unique opportunity for a Clinical Coding Professional to join our Client supporting their development team and growing their customer base. With the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK you will be the main point of contact for the Global Development team working on system functionality as well as the lead on new software validation activities.

This is a varied role and some of the day to day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying product enhancements through customer feedback
• Conducting testing to identify potential issues
• Supporting the creation of product educational content
• Producing and maintaining technical user documentation and procedures for training and marketing purposes making sure they are up to date
• Engage, train and support customers in testing new and enhanced software
• Be aware of any pending changes to National Clinical Coding practices and the impact this may have on product development

The successful candidate must be an Accredited Clinical Coder with a National Clinical Coding Qualification, have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Being a NHSE Approved Clinical Coding Auditor or a NHSE Approved Clinical Coding Trainer would be advantageous but not essential.

Essential Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, OPCS and National Coding rules and conventions
• In-depth knowledge of NHS Finance System, National Tariff and associated Healthcare Resource Groups
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies, enduring the delivery of high-quality software
• Extensive NHS clinical coding experience
• Training or coaching within a clinical coding team
