Location: Fleet

- Directorate: Community
- Working Pattern / Hours: Flexible but ideally full time Mon-Fri 8am-4pm/9am-5pm.
- Description of Duties / Work to be Performed: Community rehab, long term condition management, complex moving and handling, equipment prescription, posture management, home and environment assessments, vocational and cognitive management, seating, fatigue and anxiety management Specialist Skills / Training / Experience Required: NHS experience in community Occupational Therapist with older adults.
- Car driver.
