A large nursing home Chipping Norton currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead their amazing team of care professionals.

About the Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

• A permanent full-time contract working day shifts
• A competitive annual salary of £80,000
• Bonus opportunity (20% of base salary paid 6 monthly, subject to KPI's being achieved)

As the Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care, as well as comfortable managing the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home.

What we're looking for in a Home Manager:

• NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Candidates with previous leadership experience in a UK Nursing Home, non-nurse will be considered
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding
• You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
